Why? Because I myself have been on 13 different diets, while believing that nutrition alone was the thing that would “fix” me. I dove all in and became a Licensed Health and Nutrition Counsellor.
It wasn’t until someone in the health professional industry confronted my obsession with food. They saved my life.
